Brooklyn Grange Farm, founded in 2010, is the world’s largest rooftop farm operating on 3 large rooftops in New York City. They farm 5.6 acres and produce over 100,000 pounds of organic fruits and vegetables every year. In addition, they operate an aviary with 40 hives spread throughout New York City.
