The Three Tenors

The Three Tenors sing the famous brindisi from Verdi’s La Traviata live in concert before the 1994 World Cup in Los Angeles.  José Carreras, Plácido Domingo, and Luciano Pavarotti were joined by conductor Zubin Mehta, the L.A. Philharmonic, and the L.A. Music Center Opera Chorus at Dodger Stadium, where they enchanted the crowd with a selection of operatic arias and international favorites.

In the second video, from the same date, Pavarotti sings the aria from the final act of Puccini’s opera, Turandot.
