Cargo under sail

Ships sailing under the Fairtransport flag are transporting exotic products which are organic, or crafted traditionally – such as olive oil, coffee, wine and rum – to make them available in the only sustainable way: by the power of the wind. These sailing ships cross the Atlantic bringing goods from the Caribbean or South America to markets in Europe and the United States. In the second video we hear from one of the founders of River Sea Chocolates in Virginia who use Fair Transport Cargo to bring cocoa beans from small villages to their facility where they are made into chocolate bars.
