What music makes you feel most positive? (20mn)

Brain scans and new research have shown that listening to different kinds of music can improve focus, help us to manage our moods during times of stress and make us feel happier and more positive. Would you like to test this out by listening to the 4 different kinds of music below? Just shut your eyes and immerse yourself in the music (there are purposefully no videos).  Which made you feel the best? Are there other kinds of music you could recommend to our community?

  1. Sorry. I realise I didn’t make any positive answer to your important question. JS Bach definitely does it for me, in all moods. Also something like the Overture to the Bartered Bride by Saint-Saens or some majestic and joyful Handel. You can see I have old-fashioned tastes!

  2. Good choices for diversity. I like all of them! Enjoyed the last 20 minutes or so!! If I had to pick one it would be Mozart as it’s uplifting!
