With the Indian summer that many parts of the United States are enjoying at present, a cool summer cocktail sounds delightful. Louis and Harvey, two of Guy’s younger cousins, have made this excellent video exclusively for Web of the Week.

Louis has all of the right tools to make professional cocktails. But don’t worry, he says that a wooden spoon does a great job as a muddler.Pomegranate Mojito

Ingredients:
- A few pomegranate seeds
- Half a lime
- Half cup lemonade
- Half cup omegranate juice
- Fresh mint
- Ice
Instructions
- Chop the pomegranate and extract some seeds
- Spank the mint and add to the glass
- Cut your lime into quarters
- Gently muddle the limes
- Add your ice
- Add equal parts of lemonade and pomegranate juice
- Stir, and cut a groove in the lime and garnish
- Add a spruce of mint
Elderflower Daiquiri

Ingredients:
- Half a lemon
- Splash of Elderflower Cordial
- Lemonade
- Tonic / Soda
- A raspberry
- Ice
Instructions
- Squeeze the lemon, catching any pips
- Add a splash of elderflower cordial
- Add your ice
- Fill to half way with lemonade
- Top up with tonic or soda
- Garnish with a raspberry
Blueberry Bash

Ingredients:
- A selection of berries
- Half a lemon
- Half a lime
- Lemonade
- Mint
- Ice
Instructions
- Add your selection of berries to the jug
- Squeeze half a lemon into the jug
- Spank some mint and add
- Squeeze half a lime into the jug
- Muddle well
- Fill to halfway with lemonade and stir well
- Add your ice to your glass before pouring
- Strain into the glass using a sieve
- Garnish with a blueberry and a mint spruce
