A Squirrel, Physicist and a Bird Feeder

Do you have a bird feeder at your home?  Have you ever been frustrated by squirrels or rodents eating the birdseed you have so kindly provided?  This physicist decides to foil the squirrel using his knowledge of science, but the squirrel is much cleverer than he realises!

Last Summer we really enjoyed building our own bird feeder thank’s to Maddie Moate’s simple and easy guide.  It’s a great activity to keep us occupied with friends and family, and will certainly put a smile on the birds’ faces and probably even yours!  If you fancy the challenge of identifying the birds that come to visit, you can start off by looking at this guide to British Birds who might turn up for lunch.
