Musical Storefronts

Musicians in New York have had to become more creative through the last year with the challenges of Covid and lockdowns.  Many have been performing outside but when the weather gets colder this becomes more of a challenge.   The Kaufman Music Center in New York came up with the creative idea of having musicians perform in empty store windows with the music piped out onto the street to the delight of passersby.  As one witness said this is bringing back some of the “Magic of New York”.
