Sharing Life Stories with Grandpa

A couple of weeks ago, I had a lovely Zoom conversation with Grandpa where he shared some of his life stories from the past.  It is so important that we share these stories across generations, and if we can record them with the digital tools around us, that is even better!

If you enjoyed this and would like to share your own life-stories, I would love to hear from you.  Please email me using guy@weboftheweek.com, or use the help button at the top of your screen.

  1. Guy, I have really enjoyed many of your weekly WOW posts. Thanks for all your work in putting it all together. I had to contact you though after watching you interview with your Grandpa. My name is [ ] and David is one of my uncles, my mum was [ ], David’s big sister!!!! Because of this I loved hearing the stories of the family’s history, much of which I hadn’t ever heard. Are more family stories included in the book that David has written? Are there any more copies anywhere? How can I get hold of one?
Please pass on my belated 90th birthday congratulations to your grandpa from me please.
    Many thanks again,

  2. What a great idea. Came upon this by chance and recognised your grandpa who I worked with for many years at Win Coll. Please pass on my congratulations on his 90th and tell him I much enjoyed his stories.
